Golf Tours


We currently only run tours to the Algarve in Portugal – our reason for this is we know the area

very well indeed and are able to negotiate strongly on your behalf with Hotels and Golf Courses

in that area to ensure you are getting the best possible deal whilst enjoying golf on some of the

best courses in the world.


Your tour can be as busy or quiet as you require – we tailor each break to the needs of each individual

group.  Whether you want to play golf all day and party all night or have a few games of golf and take in

some of the local sightseeing and culture, we will work hard to make all your wishes come true.


We can only cater for parties over 12 as we send one of our Event Managers with you for the duration of your time away to make sure everything is just as it should be.

Whether it’s a 50th Birthday party for 200 in a marquee in your back garden or a small scale

event in your local hall we can help make it the night of your life.



With all Private Functions our aim is that our fee would be covered by the money we save you

from suppliers – so essentially our service costs you nothing or very little, imagine how

impressed everyone will be!!!




Mobile Bar Services


Whatever your event may be we offer you a tailored service to suit your needs – whether you need to hire a bar to run yourself or a full bar service we are here to help.


The bar can be personalised on your behalf with different coloured panels, graphics on panels – anything to help you make your event the best it can be.


Charity Functions


We pride ourselves on the charity events that we run. We have now raised over £500,000 for causes such as Yorkhill Children’s Hospital, Pakistan Foundation’s Woman’s Hospital, Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust, Second Chance Project to name a few.


What we do:

  • Liasing with all of your attendees – sending invites, taking orders for tables/places/sending tickets/obtaining wine orders and table settings
  • Negotiating with the venue
  • Setting out an agenda for the event and making sure we stick to it
  • Taking care of all the paper work and chasing payments
  • We will also supply items for your charity auction – our aim is to provide enough that it covers our costs so that the charity is getting the maximum possible money from the event
  • All organisation in the run up to the event – table layout and settings, centrepieces, room dressing
  • Hiring of entertainment
  • And much, much more
